Join us for the next CIOP event! We will have a panel discussion on the topic of mentoring in organizations. We are lucky to have gathered an amazing panel of speakers including:


Lisa Finkelstein – Associate Professor of Psychology at Northern Illinois University. Lisa is an accomplished mentoring scholar and co-authored the book, “Designing Workplace Mentoring Programs: An Evidence-Based Approach”.

Steve King – Director of Executive Education for the University of Wisconsin’s School of Business and President of the SDK Group. Prior to his current role with the university, Steve had been the head of human resource for Hewitt Associates, the leader of talent management for Baxter International, and faculty head for leadership and change with the Bank of Montreal’s Institute for Learning.

Amy Owen Nieberding -- Director of Talent Management, Human Resources at S and C Electric Company, Chicago, IL. Amy is also currently the President of the Society of Consulting Psychology, Division 13 of the American Psychological Association.

Lynn Sontag – President and Chief Mentoring Officer, Menttium Corporation. Lynn has overseen development of all mentoring models at Menttium for over a decade. Prior to her current role, Lynn spent 15 years at 3M Corporation, where she was responsible for the development, implementation and facilitation of the internal mentoring programs.
